The Power of Stories: From Stress Management to Finding Meaning In Our Daily Lives presented by Dan Kuesal,MS, LMFT
The struggles and stresses of our daily lives can leave us feeling dispirited, adrift, worn-out. Stories can help. What are your favorite stories? How have those stories comforted you, challenged you, inspired you? We'll look at the role stories can play in shaping a life, and how can they help us not only with managing stress, but in finding meaning and purpose in what we do, and in how we move through the world.
