Continuing Education

Washington State dental hygienists are required to take 15 hours of CE per year for relicensure. The courses must relate to dental hygiene. No specifications are made that limit on-line courses.

GSDHS sponsored classes

New for this year, your GSDHS membership guarantees 15 credits of continuing education. Every month after the general meeting we will be having two hours of CE. All you will have to do is attend every meeting and you will earn the required amount of CE credits without paying for additional costly courses.

Our general meetings will take place at a new venue this year, the Good Shepherd Community Center at 4649 Sunnyside Avenue N. in Wallingford. As in the past, we will be meeting on the second Tuesday of the month. To provide members with more CE credits per meeting, the business portion of the general meeting will take place at a new time, from 7:00 - 7:30 pm. The 2 hour CE will follow from 7:30-9:30 pm.
